Together, we’ll weave guided practice, essential postures from the Ashtanga tradition, and reflections that make yoga feel relevant to daily life.
Each week brings a focused theme: adapting postures to your body, exploring what yoga is (and what it isn’t), and discovering how practice shapes the way you move, think, and live.
